Milwaukee MA888 refractometer is a simple to use and fast optical instrument.
The method is both simple and fast.
in seconds, the refractive index and temperature are measured and converted to one of two units of measurement; % Volume or Freezing Point.
Samples are measured after a simple calibration with deionized or distilled water .
The instrument uses internationally recognized references for unit conversion and temperature compensation for ethylene glycol solutions (eg CRC Handbook Chemistry and Physics, 87 Edition).
The measurement and temperature (in ° C or ° F) on the large dual level display with Low Power and other auxiliary message codes are displayed simultaneously. Key features include:
